1. How to do a fund withdrawal from OJEK55 account?

Fund withdrawal can be transferred to your account via debit card or bank transfer.

2. Any requirement for bank account that I use for withdrawal transaction?

It is important to note that the payee name entered for withdrawal must be same with account name listed in OJEK55. Please note that OJEK55 has a right to refuse any kind of transaction conducted by a third party name and withdrawal request that do not meet the stated policy will be rejected promptly.

3. What currencies are acceptable by OJEK55?

OJEK55 currently only accept for transactions.

4. How long does it take to process the withdrawal transaction?

Withdrawal transaction will be processed within 5 (five) minutes, however processing may take longer over the weekends/bank offline/bank holidays or if the account verification is needed for some cases.

5. How to withdraw?
  1. Please login to OJEK55 website and select "Transaction > Withdraw" on menu bar.
  2. Fill the withdraw amount without any dot/comma symbol. Ex: 1000 (one thousand Baht).
  3. Choose the withdrawal bank type and select the bank option.
  4. Withdraw form must be filled using valid/correct data (full name, bank account no, bank name, etc).
  5. Select "Submit" and please be waited while your withdrawal is being processed.

Please note that any withdrawal transaction (in/out of promotion) should be adjusted to predetermined policies. OJEK55 has a right to refuse any kind of transaction if it does not comply with the policy. For further information please contact our customer service representative (online 24 hours).
